NHS east Kent Back to School guide

5 September 2019

The NHS in east Kent has updated its Back to School guide for parents of Primary school-aged children.

Along with tips on dealing with some common childhood ailments, it promotes the NHS website and app - Health Help Now. This has been developed by GPs, hospital doctors, paramedics and other health professionals to help people find the right service for a wide range of symptoms.

It is particularly useful for parents of younger children who may be unsure as to whether they need to see a GP, minor injury service or go to A&E.

Please send this guide to all your parents, and do feel free to add it to the school’s website, and share it with your staff.

The guide is available to download here
