Caring for Care Experienced Children

Course Objectives:

• To understand the social context in relation to Children and Young People in Care (why children become care experienced)
• Understanding the needs of care experienced children - through the eyes of the child.
• To know how to plan for and support care experienced children in education.

Course aimed at: EYs, Primary and Secondary Staff
Presenters: The course will be presented by Sam Armstrong who is the Specialist Teacher for C&I and Early Years.

Please book by the 17 March 2025. If minimum required numbers to run the course have not been reached by this date the course will be cancelled and any bookings will be passed on to courses in our neighbouring districts.
