Implementation of SCERTS to support engagement - Session 1

The course is meticulously designed to assist adults in the implementation of SCERTS (Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Support) in order to enhance pupils' engagement in learning activities.

Participants will thoroughly explore various SCERTS communication partners, practice the process of determining the communication stage, and identify the transactional support necessary to promote active engagement, communication, and interaction both on a one-to-one basis and within a broader classroom context.
