Secondary schools travel bursary for visiting Turner Prize 2019 at Turner Contemporary

Autumn 2019 will be an exciting time for young people to visit Margate and explore cutting edge contemporary art. This November, we are pleased to be offering secondary schools across Kent the chance to visit the Turner Prize 2019 exhibition in Margate with subsidised travel. Entry to the exhibition is free, and subsidised travel is available to any Secondary school and college in Kent and Medway, for groups of Year 9 upwards, subject to a successful application.

Please note that due to the content of the exhibition, we will only be accepting applications through this scheme from age groups of Year 9 upwards. We recommend talking to the learning team prior to your visit, and pre-visits are welcomed and encouraged.
