Pupil Premium Plus Survey

Tell us what you think of the current application process, the extent to which you feel involved and which interventions you feel are the most effective.

The Pupil Premium Plus (PP+) grant provides funding for children in care in year groups R to 11, from the first day that they enter care and is ring fenced to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap with their peers.

In 2015/16 the Local Authority received a formulae budget based on £1,900 for each child in care and this funding was initially retained by the Virtual School Kent Headteacher as required by the Department for Education (DfE). For the last two financial years payment has been via an application process in line with the DfE guidance.

The purpose of this survey is to understand your level of satisfaction with the current application process and establish the level of awareness of what PP+ grants have been applied for, the extent to which you feel that you were involved in the application process and which types of intervention you perceive to be the most effective.

We estimate that it will take about 15 minutes of your time to complete the survey. We have taken all reasonable measures to protect your identity and responses. The questions in this survey do not ask you to reveal any personally identifying information.

To complete the survey, and for more information, please visit our website.

Deadline for submissions is midnight on Sunday 31 January 2016.
