Bus Feedback Portal

Last summer we ran a consultation called the Big Conversation with residents about the future of rural public transport services.

During this consultation, many people told us that they didn’t know who to give feedback to about bus services.

To make this clearer, we are launching a Bus feedback Portal on Monday 28 January. It includes information about how to make a formal complaint or compliment about bus services and who to contact in the event that bus users experience problems.

It also includes a feedback form for residents to let us know about their experiences of using buses and the quality of service provided.

We are encouraging people to use the form to let them know about their experience of using buses and the quality of service provided. They will use this information in their conversations with bus operators, to spot potential problem areas and opportunities to improve the quality of bus services they provide.
