Changes to Kent Scheme Annual Leave from April 2019

KCC is improving the Kent Scheme annual leave arrangement from April 2019.
This has been the result of pay bargaining negotiations between the recognised trade unions and KCC.

The Term-Time Only (TTO) leave entitlement, shown in the tables below, has been amended to reflect the changes to annual leave provision. Due to the formula previously used, not all levels alter. The TTO formula is being reviewed at a national level and KCC will consider the outcome of that work when it is published.
