Updated Scheme for Financing Schools (SFFS) and Financial Controls

The Schools Funding Forum have approved some changes to the KCC Scheme for Financing Schools, this has also meant there has been some changes to the 10 Financial Controls that support the SFFS document and the Model Finance policy.

Updated versions of all of these documents will be uploaded to Kelsi by 1 April 2023.

Global email update

We are still working hard to implement the new mail system which will enable Schools Financial Services to send out important global emails again.

The FMS Closedown Guidance pack has been put onto the BPS Help and User Guidance area, please see separate e-bulletin article for further information on this.
