EduKent are pleased to welcome The Real Junk Food Project Brighton to this years' EXPO and Conference

Here at EduKent, we’re very excited to announce that The Real Junk Food Project Brighton will be providing the free lunch at this years’ EXPO and Conference.

Working with the national Real Junk Food Project network, the Brighton team work on the mantra of “feeding bellies not bins”. The project incorporates two major problems in the country; the vast amount of food waste and the two million people in the UK who are estimated to be malnourished. Using surplus foods, The Real Junk Food Project aim to feed people who would otherwise go hungry on a ‘pay as you feel’ basis.

This year, we are supporting this amazing charity and showcasing to you how important feeding the world really is.

So join us on Wednesday 9 November 2016 for a free day of compelling speakers, educational workshops and really heart-warming food.
