Eyes Open campaign– Together Against Child Exploitation

The Eyes Open campaign is dedicated to educating young people and their parents/carers about the dangers of grooming, exploitation, and the deceptive tactics used by criminal gangs.

We are excited to support the launch of the Eyes Open campaign, aimed at raising awareness about child criminal exploitation and county lines.
The Eyes Open campaign is dedicated to educating young people and their parents/carers about the dangers of grooming, exploitation, and the deceptive tactics used by criminal gangs.
The campaign has been developed by police forces in Greater Manchester, North Wales, Lancashire and Merseyside, alongside the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit (NWROCU) and the Kent & Medway Violence Reduction Unit (VRU).

Child criminal exploitation involves manipulating and coercing young people into criminal activities, often through promises of money, gifts, and a better life, only to trap them in dangerous situations.

The campaign also serves as a vital resource for partners and professionals in raising awareness about county lines exploitation.
