Finance - NatWest Finance Information Group Update

Answers from NatWest to questions raised at Finance Information Groups in January 2018.

Gill Pegrum from NatWest bank attended a number of the Schools Financial Services Finance Information Groups that took place around the county in January 2018.

She took a number of questions from the audience on various aspects of the service they receive as NatWest Corporate account customers.

Please find below a summary of the answers provided:

Branches (Ashford, Maidstone, Canterbury) without automated Business Quick Banking

If a branch does not have an automated Business Quick Banking machine, speak to a member of staff in the branch who will happily assist you.

Tunbridge Wells Branch – Cheque Deposit Machine chewing cheques

The branch are aware that this has been an issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused. They have since had new parts installed on the machine and it is now working as intended.

The schools can resume using it and please ask them to speak to the branch immediately if they experience any further issues.

Removal of Cheriton Mobile Banking facility

This has been removed due to insufficient demand.

MoneySense

If any of the schools are interested in finding out more about this and the financial education for their students they can contact the team direct on moneysense@nationalschoolspartnership.com.

Any more specific issues raised are being dealt with by Gill directly but if anyone has any further queries regarding the KCC Corporate Banking scheme, please contact the Schools Financial Services Help Desk and we will pass this onto NatWest.
