Help shape the future of community healthcare

NHS Kent and Medway wants to hear your views about children’s community healthcare to help shape its plans to improve services across the area.

Community health services help children get well and stay well, either in their own home or other out-of-hospital settings near home. They are a critical part of health and care, working closely with general practice and alongside hospitals.

NHS Kent and Medway wants to do better and make sure people are cared for in the right place, at the right time and by the right person.

If your child has accessed a community health service, including speech and language therapy, community paediatrics or audiology, we’d love to hear from you.

We will build on other recent feedback where we have spoken to parents and carers and use that, together with what we hear now to focus our improvements.

Share your views by completing our survey, view a full list of services or book to come along to one of our events in July at the have your say in Kent and Medway website
