'High Potential Senior Leaders' programme

NCTL is seeking a national provider who can design and deliver a new 'High Potential Senior Leaders' programme, targeting experienced senior leaders and providing an accelerated route to becoming a headteacher in challenging Primary and Secondary schools within two to three years of starting the programme.

The successful provider will deliver the programme to a minimum of 400 participants over four cohorts, starting in September 2017. NCTL are looking to contract with one organisation that can deliver the programme nationally and would welcome bids from schools working as part of a consortium.
