Join the movement and fundraise for Stand Up To Cancer

Last year, schools in Lincolnshire raised a massive £12,000 through a non uniform day for Stand Up To Cancer and now we’re calling on schools across the UK to come together and smash that total, to save more lives, more quickly.

Brought to you by Cancer Research UK and Channel 4, Stand Up To Cancer is an annual fundraising campaign that’s already raised over £25 million for translational cancer research. Stand Up To Cancer is back this Autumn culminating in a live TV show on Channel 4 on Friday 21st October, when the biggest names in film, TV and music will lead the British public in taking a stand and accelerating the fight against cancer. 1 in 2 people will develop cancer at some point in their lifetime, but the fight against the disease is at a turning point. More people in the UK are surviving than ever before. And that’s down to one thing: money, funding ground-breaking research. Now we need schools across the UK to raise funds to give cancer research the boost it needs, so that we can support the best research teams in the UK to develop new treatments more quickly and save more lives.
