July 2016 Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) grant allocations

Schools 2015-16 UIFSM funding allocations and provisional 2016-17 UIFSM funding allocations have been confirmed by the EFA and are available on KELSI.
2016-17 Pupil Premium Final Allocations available now available on Kelsi
On 28 June the Education Funding Agency (EFA) notified the Local Authority (LA) of its schools’ final 2015-16 UIFSM funding allocations and provisional UIFSM allocation for the 2016-17 academic year.
In the July 2016 advances the LA will pay UIFSM allocations to schools, with the payment split as follows:
- An adjustment to the provisional payment made in July 2015 for the period September 2015 - March 2016
- The payment for the period April to August 2016
- A provisional payment for the 2016-17 academic year for the period September 2016 - March 2017.
Please note that the EFA has not provided funding for small schools at £2,300 per school this year.
A UIFSM allocations template (ZIP, 215.3 KB) has been provided to assist schools with reconciling their UIFSM allocations with the advances.
