K2 Portal

The K2 Portal provides a host of information relating to KCC maintained schools (excluding academies) including:

• General site information including building and room measurements, plus site and floor plans.
• Copies of statutory compliance information, including asbestos, electrical, fire, water hygiene, and tree surveys.
• Condition Survey information.

The latest version of the K2 Portal is now available. Please note you will only be able to use this link if you have a K2 account - please see below if you do not have a K2 Portal for your school, of you are unsure of login credentials.

A new guidance video of how to use the K2 Portal is also now available and is a short overview of how to access and utilise the K2 Portal. The video is approximately 10 minutes in length.

If your school does not have a K2 account, please raise a request for a new K2 Portal account by emailing the Local Authority Applications team at laapplications@cantium.solutions. When emailing to request access, please remember to state that you are requesting K2 Portal Access and quote your school's DfE number.

If you are aware that you have a K2 account for your school but you cannot recollect the login details for the account, please contact the Local Authority Applications team at laapplications@cantium.solutions who will be able to assist further.
