KAH Annual Headteachers Conference Creating Futures: Focused on People

The annual Kent Association of Headteachers conference. A hugely important opportunity for all Kent Headteachers to network, share and be inspired.
This year’s conference will focus on the recruitment and retention challenge faced by schools. It will provide an opportunity to investigate this issue holistically, considering issues of culture, leadership, well-being, workload and talent management.
Through keynote presentations and workshop discussions, the day-long event will consider how schools attract, support and grow individuals to lead vibrant learning communities where people can thrive.
The aim of the conference is to inspire, equip and connect school leaders around these issues whilst providing an uplifting and enjoyable opportunity to learn and network.
