We would very much value your views about the service that you have received from the Educational Psychology Service, as your feedback is important t to us. This year we have made the questionnaire shorter, to encourage your participation. We have also made a paper version (PDF, 117.6 KB) available for those who would prefer to complete a paper copy, instead of the online version.
Educational Psychologists visiting your school or attending LIFT meetings will have copies of the paper questionnaire available. Alternatively,you can complete the online version here
