Available for digital download as well as print distribution across the county, the guide provides detailed information about the schemes and initiatives teachers, support staff and volunteers use in order to provide the next generation with the vital skills they need.

The awards, organised by the KM Charity Team, were staged at beautiful Leeds Castle, Maidstone and crowned regional winners for all major subjects, as well as other important school roles such as bursars, caretakers and dinner ladies.

Simon Dolby, chief executive of the charity, said: "We are extremely passionate about the Kent Teacher of the Year Awards. As an educational charity, we believe it is imperative to recognise those going above the line of duty to better our children's prospects. We also are firm believers in spreading such tremendous work, which is why we have produced the booklet."

He added: "Teachers and school staff countywide can download the booklet today, and we hope it serves as a source of inspiration for fellow schools, as well as a fitting tribute to our deserved winners."

The full list of winners can be located on the KM Charity Team webpage
