New K2 Portal replaces Interprise

As part of system upgrades currently being carried out within KCC to ensure improved service, please note that Interprise Property Information System will be shutdown with immediate effect.
This has now been replaced with a new system more efficient system called K2 Portal which is user friendly and hosts all data currently in Interprise. Information includes building condition, schedule of rooms, site and floor plans, photographs, DEC certificates, asbestos, legionella and electrical inspection reports.
New login details will be needed to access the system. To request a school login please email K2support@kent.gov.uk.
Please note for all Academies there will be a charge for access and support. In addition, the property information held on the system would not have been updated since the school gained Academy status unless this had been specifically requested.
