New single helpdesk and contact details for all building-related faults across the county

From Tuesday 1 November 2022, the maintenance, compliance and helpdesk management of all of KCC’s buildings will be carried out by Skanska and a simplified, single, helpdesk system has been introduced.
The new helpdesk gives colleagues the ability to log all building-related faults and urgent health and safety matters from anywhere in the county with the same email address or phone number.
