New Streamlined Annual Review Form to be introduced in September

Starting from September, Kent County Council will be introducing an updated and streamlined version of the annual review form that you complete at the Annual Review meeting.
We are pleased to inform you that this revised document aims to simplify the process, making it easier and more efficient for you to complete.
The new annual review form has been designed with feedback and input from educators like yourself. Taking into consideration the valuable insights and suggestions provided by schools will enhancing the experience for everyone involved.
To ensure a seamless transition, we will be sharing more detailed information and resources in advance of September. This will include instructions on how to access the updated form and answers to frequently asked questions.
