NQT Induction and Support price freeze

With the new ‘Education Services Company’ looming, we wanted to reassure you that it’s ‘service as usual’ and we have no planned price increases for the 2017/18 academic year. As a team we are working really hard to grow the business in the international market and whilst this growth continues, our pricing structure of Kent schools will remain the same. Our goal is to continue to offer a good value for money, quality service to schools, HE colleges and academies across England and in British Overseas Schools.

How much do we charge?

Our basic core package ensures schools will be able to fulfil the statutory responsibilities for NQT Induction and only costs £225 for the first NQT and £165 for each subsequent NQT at the same school. For schools with more than 10 NQTs, we offer a further 10% discount. MATs are also able to benefit from this discount, provided we have a single point of contact for billing purposes.

What’s included in the core package?  

The core package includes the following:

• A wealth of online resources and an induction handbook to support tutors and NQTs throughout the induction period.
• Experienced advisors offering confidential support and advice over email, phone and Skype.
• The administration of the induction process, ensuring continuity of expectations and standards.
• A comprehensive online assessment programme measuring progress six times throughout a school year.
• Termly newsletters highlighting the important tasks that should take place that term as well as examples of written assessments to help you write the next one.
• ‘Cause for concern’ reviews for those NQTs who need additional support from one of our commissioned NQT Induction Advisors, all of whom hold QTS and are experienced leaders.
• A comprehensive e-learning programme of training for primary NQTs and a ‘Guide to successful induction’ e-learning module for primary and secondary NQTs (these are currently in development with the aim to be launched in September 2017).
• Face to face ‘Guide to successful induction’ events (subject to demand).
• Access to our social media sites Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn for NQTs and tutors to provide regular updates about all elements of teaching.
• Working with school based colleagues to achieve a successful induction outcome for all.

Additional Packages are also available at competitive rates

• Support packages for struggling NQTs from an Induction specialist
• Bespoke training opportunities including tutor/mentor training. (To minimise the cost, we recommend a nominated school hosts the event and invites other schools to attend).
• Accelerated induction for NQTs with significant experience.
• Ad-hoc support for an NQT, delivered to enhance progress.
