NQT Membership Offer - National Union of Teachers

The NUT Kent represents and supports teachers throughout their career, from trainee to Headteacher. We are the largest professional association in Kent with over 10,000 teacher members in Kent and Medway.

Through our positive relationship with Kent County Council and Academy employers we negotiate teachers' pay and conditions and raise matters on behalf of members. Members are entitled to professional and legal support from the Union and also have access to free training and networking events in the County.

We also campaign nationally for better funding for education and reduced teacher workload as well as over education issues such as testing. Details are available at the NUT website

We are offering all NQTs in Kent membership until January 2018 for just £1 and then 50% reduced rate until January
