Occupational Health and Employment Health referrals

From 1 January 2018, all Occupational Health and Employment Health referrals will be made online via the Cohort portal which has many benefits including:

• Immediate receipt of Employment Health clearances
• Immediate access to OH reports
• Opportunities to check progress of referrals
• Ability to reprint old reports
• It’s also easy to use and confidential.

You previously received an email with your login details and guidance notes explaining how to make online referrals. To use the system, please revisit that email, or request the necessary login details again through Occupational.Health@kent.gov.uk.
