Phonics Autumn 2021 Data Collection

Please note that you need Version 7.202 of SIMS to complete this return - this is still to be released by EIS and Cantium for hosted schools but it can be requested by non-hosted schools through the helpdesk on 03000 65 88 88.

For schools who do not use ESS (Capita) SIMS, please contact your software supplier for details on how to enter the scores into the system you have in your school. Guidance on how to return the generated file to us through Perspective Lite is available on request - if you would like a copy, please email MIEducation&WiderEH@kent.gov.uk.

The DfE have stated in the Assessment and Reporting Arrangements document that all schools should submit their Year 2 Phonics Screening Check pupil results to LAs by the end of term. To enable us to have sufficient time to process and clean the data please transfer your results file through Perspective Lite by Friday 10 December.
