Removing Disapplied KS2 Pupils

Apply to have Disapplied pupils removed from your 2018 Making Figures Speak for Themselves profile.

Management Information are offering schools the opportunity to remove disapplied pupils from their KS2 2018 Making Figures Speak for Themselves profile which will be available in early September.

To remove these pupils from your profile they must meet all the following DfE criteria:

  1. They were admitted to an English school for the first time on, or after, the start of the 2016/17 academic year;
  2. They arrived from overseas prior to their admission;
  3. English is not an official language of the country they came from;
  4. English is not their first language.

Please note we cannot remove KS2 pupils who are disapplied solely because of Special Educational Needs or any pupil from any other Key Stage analysis.

Once we receive the pupil level dataset from the DfE in July, we will exclude the pupils from your 2018 Making Figures Speak for Themselves profile. They will also not be included in any school or LA figures we produce.

If you have pupils that meet the above criteria, please complete the KS2 Disapplied Pupils form (XLSX, 11.4 KB) and email it back to us at management.information@kent.gov.uk by no later than 6 July.
