School Immunisation and Screening Programmes

In preparation for the 2017 academic year, Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust’s Child Health Information Service has recently sent a letter to your school requesting details of the children attending to support the school immunisation and health services with the immunisation programs and the national child measurement programme.
