School’s cash flow statement template

KCC alongside The Education People have drafted a cash flow template to help schools with forecasting cash flow in situations where they find themselves overdrawn or at risk of going overdrawn.
There is a requirement that schools in this position complete the cash flow statement and work alongside colleagues at The Education People.
All schools should have oversight of their cash flow position and ensure that sufficient funds are available for making payments.
Therefore the template cash flow statement (XLSX, 92.0 KB) has been made available for all schools to use on our Kelsi Budgets page.
We recommend that schools make use of this to review this cash flow on a weekly or monthly basis. Financial Control 1 has also been updated to reflect these changes.
