Statutory compliance online training courses available

The Health and Safety Team have created free comprehensive statutory online training courses for those responsible in managing the risks associated with asbestos, legionella and water hygiene, and fire safety.
All school leaders and other responsible persons should complete all three courses to ensure they fully understand their responsibilities.
Each topic has two modules consisting of an overview session, followed by a statutory module with information about the management requirements and arrangements. There is a test at the end of each module, both modules will need to be passed to confirm knowledge gained.
To remain compliant, learners will need to retake these courses every two years.
