Update from the Kent Association of Headteachers Conference 2016

Over 270 Headteachers participated in the KAH’s Shaping the Future conference on Thursday 6 October.

The KAH confirmed that in addition to its two priorities of improving school outcomes and raising achievement across Kent, the association is focusing on four other important initiatives.

These include:

  • guiding the implementation of the leadership strategy
  • improving headship inductions
  • supporting the development of sustainable relationships between schools
  • and working to improve the health and wellbeing of pupils.
