What's been happening at Schools Financial Services this week

The Summer Finance Information Groups (FIGs) went very well and we shared new information and the results of the recent survey. Details of survey results and the polls that took place during the sessions will be available on Kelsi in the coming weeks.

The Monitoring Guidance note ‘Kent Procedures for Budget Monitoring’ have been uploaded to the Help and User area on the BPS.

Read our quick guide (DOCX, 88.2 KB) as a reminder of why the Cost Centre Allocation report is required, which Budget Forecast is used for monitoring and where some of the populated figures come from within the Cost Centre Budget Profile; this being the preparation area on BPS prior to running monitoring reports.
