Please take this opportunity to share good practice and break down barriers you or your organisation may face in helping Young Carers and their families to thrive. Lunch is provided.

Identifying Young Carers is everyone’s business whether you work in health, adult support services, education, social care etc. Make sure there are “No Wrong Doors” for Young Carers and their families to ensure they receive appropriate and timely support.
