Your views on the school aged immunisation programme

NHS England South (South East) is recommissioning school aged immunisation services in East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, Kent and Medway.
They would like to thank you for supporting immunisation teams to deliver immunisations to children at your school and are keen to hear your views to help inform the development of school aged immunisation services. They would be grateful if you could complete a short survey.
