Youth Mental Health First Aid training in Maidstone this March

Maidstone and Mid-Kent Mind are offering a brand-new date for the highly-accredited Mental Health First Aid training which is taking place in Maidstone this month.
Youth Mental Health First Aid courses provide you with a look at how you can provide emergency mental health care to children who may be experiencing mental health crisis. The course covers topics such as common mental health problems, and how you can spot the signs and symptoms that a young person may be struggling. The course also touches on the specific problems which young people face today - such as the prevalence of Digital Technology.
Taking part in the two-day course leaves you as a Qualified Mental Health First Aider - complete with a certification.
This course is usually valued at £300 for the full two days, but MMK Mind have attracted funding to offer this course for just £150 per person. An additional discount is available for charities.
