Year 7 Data for Secondary Schools
pink line

Management Information are offering secondary schools the chance to obtain UPN, Contextual information and KS2 results for their September 2024 Year 7 intake.

The initial Excel file contains UPNs and contextual data from the original admissions offers. As this may be slightly out of date we are also offering an updated file to include any pupils who have won appeals etc.

The data fields in the contextual file are:

  • UPN
  • Surname
  • Forename
  • Middle Names
  • DOB
  • Gender
  • Preferred Surname
  • Former Surname
  • Former UPN
  • **Pupil Premium Deprivation Indicator for 2024-25
  • **Pupil Premium Service Child Indicator for 2024-25
  • **Pupil Premium Adopted from Care Indicator for 2024-25
  • **Pupil Premium Looked After Child Indicator for 2023-24 and 2024-25
  • *FSM Eligibility January 2024
  • *Pupil First Language January 2024
  • *Ethnicity January 2024
  • *SEN Provision January 2024
  • *Primary SEN Need January 2024
  • *Secondary SEN Need January 2024
  • Current Primary School details.

The fields marked with a * are only available for pupils who attended a Kent Primary school (not Independent) at the time of the January 2024 School Census.

** Pupil Premium data for Looked After Children has not yet been fully updated for 2024/25 so we will include both 2023/24 and 2024/25 indicators. This is also only available for pupils who attended a Kent primary school (not independent) at the time of the January 2023 or 2024 School Census.

Schools can choose to purchase either the contextual only offer at a cost of £150 or the combined contextual and KS2 results offer for a cost of £200. KS2 results will be transferred via Perspective Lite and email in July. An automatic email will be generated by Angel Solutions when the results file is ready to be downloaded.

The UPN and contextual file will be emailed (password protected) to the email address supplied on the attached order form. This data will be ready towards the end of May.

If you would like to take up this opportunity, please complete the attached form and email it back to us at MIEducation&WiderEH@kent.gov.uk
