Educational, Health and Care Needs assessments

Kent Educational Psychology service provides statutory services for the Local Authority. This includes psychological advice provided as part of a statutory assessment process through psychological advice, Joint Assessment Meetings or Person-Centred Planning meetings or PATH meetings for post-16 young people. We also provide consultation for all schools at Local Inclusion Forum Team meetings (LIFTS) and crisis support for schools. Statutory functions are not charged, they are paid for directly by the Local Authority.
