Inclusion Leaders of Education (ILEs)

ILEs are a new system leader designation in Kent, created through the Inclusion Leadership Programme that ran from September 2022 to March 2024. ILEs were originally developed to support the schools that participated in the Inclusion Leadership Programme, reflecting on the learning gained from peer review and development workshops and facilitated cross-school development plans.

ILEs are now incorporated into the Kent education landscape to provide peer to peer support and challenge and knowledge sharing to further develop inclusive practices in mainstream schools in Kent.

Below are the Inclusion Leaders of Education who have expressed an interest in further involvement beyond the end of the KILP.
