SEND handbook
This handbook has been designed to help professionals working with children and young people to find the right information at the right time. With professionals having a clear and consistent understanding of the SEND processes, they will be well equipped to support families in understanding the processes and decisions that will impact on children and young people.
This guidance is not designed to help practitioners to make recommendations for families other than signposting the families to the relevant service, organisation or policy that will help them on their next steps.
